Here are additional details about your bonuses:
Two chapters from my next book
My next book tells the story of Winston Churchill’s pivotal role in a deadly clash between the British and French Navies early in World War II. Since Churchill was an unabashed Francophile, and since Britain and France had battled against Germany as allies only two weeks prior to that incident, Churchill’s decision was as extraordinary as it was painful. My first two chapters – titled “This Magnificent Lawn” and “Red Renault Taxis” paint a picture of the fragile alliance between Britain and France in the early stages of the War.
A PDF titled “Bill Whiteside – Chapters from Next Book” will be attached to my email.
Two missing chapters from “Everybody Knows…”
When France asked Britain’s permission to seek armistice terms from Germany, Winston Churchill tentatively agreed … but he insisted on two conditions. The first condition was that France had to sail their newest and largest warships to Britain or America … which happens to be the subject of my next book. Churchill’s second condition was the transfer of 400 captured Luftwaffe airmen from France to Britain. The majority of those pilots had been shot down by the Royal Air Force. France ultimately ignored both conditions. As Churchill later wrote, “These German pilots all became available for the Battle of Britain, and we had to shoot them down a second time.” I wondered if I could find a German pilot who was shot down a second time. I did … and wrote about him in a story with a couple of unlikely twists in a chapter titled “We Had to Shoot Them Down a Second Time.” The second missing chapter tells the story of “That Time I Purchased 79 Books Online.”
A PDF titled “Bill Whiteside – Two Missing Chapters” will also be attached to my email
Your name will appear in the Acknowledgments section of my next book
A preorder requires a leap of faith, and is one of the most significant acts of kindness to a new author. To help show my appreciation for your valuable contribution to my writing career, I will publicly thank and salute you in my next book.
